The idea
What is an adaptive workshop?
An adaptive workshop is a live training session that reshapes itself around the people in the room. Each attendee shares their role, goal and biggest challenge at the start, and the session answers with content written for that person: a personal lesson during the workshop and a follow-up plan after it.
LiveSlide.Pro runs adaptive workshops in the browser. You teach one shared session while the deck adds a personal slide for every attendee, sums up the room’s top themes and personas, and proposes an agenda shaped for this group.

Step 1: Create a session in seconds
Give the session a title, choose a look, and click Create session. The projector screen opens with a QR code, a short join link and a live count of everyone who has joined.

People point a phone camera at the QR code and answer three short prompts: their role, their goal for today and their biggest challenge. The form runs in the phone’s browser and takes a moment to fill in.

What is LiveSlide.Pro?

What do attendees need to join?
A phone with a camera. They scan the QR code on the projector screen and a short web page opens. They type their name and what they want from today, tick the consent box and tap submit. Role, experience level and biggest challenge are optional, and so is an email address for the follow-up. The whole flow runs in the phone’s browser.
What does each attendee receive?
A personal slide in the live deck with their name and goal, a short mini-lesson, three things to try, and a prompt they can copy into their own AI tool. When the session closes, everyone gets a follow-up pack at their own link, reachable by QR code or by email when they ask for it, with a recap, prompts tied to their goal, a short workflow and a 7-day action plan.
How long does it take to set up a session?
A few minutes. Sign in, give the session a title and click Create session. The projector screen opens with your QR code. To rehearse first, Practice with 3 sample people runs the whole flow with pretend attendees so you see every step before the real room.
What does it cost?
Founding Beta is free during the beta. When billing starts, founding presenters keep $29/month, and we email at least 14 days before any first charge. Pro Speaker is $49/month with a 14-day free trial. Trainer Team is $199/month, or $1,990/year with two months free. Event & Enterprise is custom-priced. See full pricing.
How many people can join a session?
Each plan sets two limits: how many people can join one session, and how many can join across a month. Founding Beta: up to 100 per session and 200 per month; Pro Speaker: up to 100 per session and 1,000 per month; Trainer Team: up to 300 per session and 15,000 per month; Event & Enterprise: limits set to fit your event, starting at 1,500 per session and 250,000 per month. We let you know at 80% and 100% of your monthly total, and a session already under way always finishes.
Can I export the deck to PowerPoint, PDF or Google Slides?
Yes. The deck presents in your browser, and you can take a copy at any time: Download PowerPoint, Print or save as PDF, Copy to Google Slides, or Save offline copy as a single HTML file. Google is optional and comes into play only for Slides. When you connect it, LiveSlide.Pro asks for Google’s drive.file permission, which covers only the files LiveSlide.Pro creates.
What happens if the Wi-Fi or the AI slows down?
Every submission is saved on our servers the moment it arrives, and attendees can join on mobile data. The browser deck shows every slide that is ready and keeps checking for new ones until the connection returns. A slide that fails to generate becomes a welcome card with that person’s name, and if AI pauses, submissions keep flowing and content fills in when service returns. Save offline copy puts the whole deck on your laptop before you travel, so you always have a deck to show.
What data do you keep, and for how long?
From attendees we keep what they type (a name, their goal, and any optional answers or email), a one-way hash of their IP address, and a shortened browser description. Submissions and generated content are anonymized 30 days after the session ends by default, and you can anonymize a session sooner. Submission text is sent to OpenAI to write the slides, and API inputs are excluded from model training. Anyone can ask for a copy or early deletion at privacy@liveslide.pro.
